Mr. Jerry Holton, 73

~~Mr. Jerry Holton, age 73, of Flowery Branch passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at his residence, surrounded by his family.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 12, 2019 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery.  The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, July 11, 2019 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mr. Holton was born May 18, 1946 to the late Gilbert Holton & Edna Howard in Chillicothe, Ohio.  He was retired from PAI Industries, Inc., where he was a Domestic Sales Coordinator for 27 years.

Mr. Holton is survived by his wife of 28 years, Vickey Holton of Flowery Branch; son & daughter-in-law, Jerry Gilbert & Jennifer Holton of Statham; son, Dustin L. Holton of Flowery Branch; daughter, Sheril Norvell of Arkansas; 5 grandchildren; sisters & brothers-in-law, Janice & Frank Wyckoff of Chillicothe, Ohio, Janette & Doug Merkwan of Fort Worth, Texas and Leann & Stuart Meininger of Chillicothe, Ohio; sister, Megan Hess of Albany, Ohio; and several nieces & nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Dale Holton.

So sorry for your loss. Jerry was a good man. I really enjoyed working with him over 20 years! I wished he could have enjoyed his retirement longer he certainly deserved it! He will be greatly missed! Lifting the family up in prayer! Andrea Ward

Vickie, Jerry Jr. and family, I am so sorry to hear the news of the passing of Jerry. We worked together for many years but am glad he was able to spend some retirement years on the road. My prayers are with you during this time.
