To his family.....I never met a finer man along with being my brother-n-law !! Never heard him utter a harsh word or language against anybody. Condolences go out to his children and grandchildren. He was a fine man that loved his country and family ! We will all miss Billy and those "jokes" he told over and over. Mary K. would say..."Billy we have heard that before !"We'll miss you Colonel !"

To Kim and Beau....I am sorry for your loss. I know that the last few months were hard on you both. I am glad that I had the chance to know your Dad over the years. I still remember the first meeting that we had over lunch. A .kind and straight forward man. Talk to you soon.

Sending prayers of comfort, love and support to Mary K, Beau, Kim and all your family. Bill was always such a lovely man whenever we saw him. Doug's memories of playing Risk against him, always make him smile. Such a gentleman, he will be missed.
