Erica L (Brown) Wright

Mrs. Erica L. Wright, age 44, of Loganville passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at Piedmont Eastside in Gwinnett.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 22, 2024 at Memorial Park South Chapel. She will lie in state from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on the funeral day.  Pastor Scotty Randolph will officiate. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 7:00 p.m., Thursday, March 21, 20024 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mrs. Wright was born December 3, 1979 to the Eleanor Echols Brown and the late Anthony L. Brown in Gainesville.  A member of St. John Baptist Church, she was a graduate of Gainesville High School and Savannah State University, and worked at Little Debbie’s Group Home as a Social Worker.

Mrs. Wright is survived by her husband, Doron Wright; daughter, Elyn Doriah Wright; son, Doron Wright, II; mother, Eleanor Echols Brown; sister, Andrea (Meco) Brown Champion; mother-in-law, Shari Wright; father-in-law, Johnny Peay; grandmother, Opal Kirkland; special friend, Sharron Cheeks; and a host of other relatives and friends. Her heart was her nephew, Jaylon Brown.
