Mrs. Barbara Ann Bell, age 85, passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2026 in Gainesville, Georgia. She was born on October 13, 1940 to the late Herman Busker and Elsie (Otto) Paulsen in Woodford County, IL.

Funeral arrangements will be made at a later date in Cape Coral, Florida.

Mrs. Bell is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Bell; brothers, Bobby Busker, Rick Franklin, and Jim Franklin.

She is survived by her children, Terry (Terri) Bell of Gainesville, GA, Debbie (Dan) Sater of Ft. Myers, FL; grandchildren, Danielle (Skyler) Hann, Victoria (Brandon) Chaplain, Brandy (Tom) Orris, Gary (Juree) Ault; great-grandchildren, Christian, Devin, Mason, Savannah, Ryleigh, Harmony, Elizabeth, Ben; great-great grandchildren, Zerenity and Soren; and many other loving nieces and nephews.
